From the moment that your booking request is made, your confirmation is imediate.

Please note that after your booking request, you will be asked to complete in the next 48 hours an advance 30% deposit payment in order to secure your reservation.

To pay the 30% advance deposit there are two options:

a) By bank transfer and you just have to follow the instructions given by us after you place your booking request;

b) By credit card and if you prefer this method, just let us know and we will provide a secure credit card payment link. Please note that albufeiracasa.com does not hold any personal credit card information.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any payments through debit cards.

Please check our cancelation policy present on each listing of our website.

If all the terms are met, you will receive refund for the payment made.

Refunds can take 5-7 working days to be processed through to the card you used when you booked.

If deposit was payed by bank transfer, the refund will be made within 2 business days to the account of origin.

The remaining balance is due until arrival day for all our studio and apartments unit’s.

For our Villa Marina listing, the remaining 70% balance is required to be payed within 15 days before arrival.

Subject to availability. If you wish to change dates of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late checking-in is possible when arranged with us in due time.

We just need you to inform us about:

Company and Flight number;

Expected arrival time;

Number of people.

After this information, we will confirm you your transfer booking.

Prices are the following(one way):

Till 4 people the price is 40.00€;

From 5 to 8 people the price is 55.00€.

Payments are made directly to the transfer company(driver).

The damage deposit required at check-in procedure, can be payed in cash only (Euros/Pounds).

The damaged deposit will be returned to you also in cash on your depart day.

If anything is left behind(it happens to us all), just let us know.

You can phone us or email us. If your lost/forgotten item is retrieved, we will be more than glad to ship it back to you free of charge.

Yes you can. In fact, it’s our preferred contact method.

Simple to use, great to share pictures and movies and you can even share your location with us, which is extremely helpfull for us especially on your arrival day 🙂

If you have arrived already to our airport in Faro, just let us know that you’re already here and should be arriving in the next 35/45 minutes.
